Please review this document in its entirety concerning our standard requirements, the approval process, security deposit guidelines and PetScreening process. If you have any hesitation or special requests, please speak with your agent to ensure that your questions are answered PRIOR to submitting an application. If you are applying with pets, please verify that the property you are applying for will accept pets and/or if there are any limitations. Once you submit an application, your fee will be collected, your credit/background will be pulled, and NO refunds will be given.
- Applications will not be considered complete and will not be reviewed until all information, paperwork and uploads have been satisfied and ALL applicants in your party have completed their online applications.
- If you are contacted regarding missing information or asked to provide further documentation, you will have until the next business day to provide requested information or your application may result in a denial.
- Application fees are collected to cover a service and are NOT refundable.
- Please expect a turn-around time of 3-5 business days for Landlords to respond. It is very helpful to notify them in advance to be expecting an email from BoomScreening.
- When application is complete, you must visit https://grgrents.petscreening.com/ to submit a profile whether you have pets or not.
